Crockpot Goulash

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef or turkey

  • 1 1/2 medium onions, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 green pepper, diced

  • 6oz tomato paste

  • 1/2c water

  • 24oz pasta sauce

  • 28oz canned diced tomatoes (DO NOT DRAIN)

  • 2T Worcestershire sauce

  • 8oz canned mushrooms (DO NOT DRAIN)

  • 1T Italian seasoning

  • 1/2t seasoning salt

  • 3 cups cooked pasta shells

Brown ground beef, onions and garlic until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

Add ground beef mixture to the crock pot Add all remaining ingredients except for the pasta.

Cook on high for 2 hours, or low for 4-5 hours.

Add cooked pasta into the meat sauce, stir. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes to heat through.
