Lemon Ricotta Spread

Ingredients:

4 oz Part Skim Ricotta Cheese

1/2 t Lemon Zest

2 t Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Garnish with any extra lemon zest and a few grinds of pepper.

Serve with crostini or bread stick crackers.
